Where is the implant?

Aaron had a few big problems.

First there was a split front tooth with a gum infection. Secondly, the teeth were crowded and discolored. The front tooth could not be saved. Aaron is a good looking young man and there was no thinking of a denture of any sort. He chose implant placement after the tooth was extracted, along with cosmetic dentistry - including tooth whitening and porcelain veneers.
